About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Business Development Executive to collaborate with both our technical team and clients to transform their business requirements into actionable functional specifications and user stories.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Engage with potential clients via chat, email, and phone
- Provide detailed information about software features, benefits, and pricing
- Follow up on generated leads through the sales funnel
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to the product development team
- Document client requirements for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role (preferably software industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Chat tool proficiency for client engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Specific experience in software sales
- Flexibility to work in shifts
