Business Development Executive

Full time 1-3 Years (IT Sales Preferred) Calicut Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT or related field

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Business Development Executive to collaborate with both our technical team and clients to transform their business requirements into actionable functional specifications and user stories.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Engage with potential clients via chat, email, and phone
  • Provide detailed information about software features, benefits, and pricing
  • Follow up on generated leads through the sales funnel
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of client interactions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to the product development team
  • Document client requirements for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar role (preferably software industry)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Chat tool proficiency for client engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Specific experience in software sales
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
