Technical Lead (PHP Laravel + Node)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the development team through effective task allocation, progress tracking, and performance reviews.
Define and oversee the technical architecture and development of the Desklog SaaS product.
Manage backend and frontend systems, primarily using Laravel (PHP) and Node.js.
Oversee DevOps operations, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and server configurations.
Administer cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring uptime, scalability, and optimized performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders on product planning, roadmap creation, and feature prioritization.
Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and clean code principles.
Coordinate with QA, UI/UX, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of features.
Manage database systems (MySQL, MongoDB) and oversee RESTful API integrations.
Handle version control, Git workflows, and release management for efficient deployment cycles.
Monitor application performance, conduct load and security testing, and implement optimizations.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline deployment and development workflows.
Ensure all technical activities align with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Backend: Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python.
Blockchain (Plus Point): Experience with smart contract integration and multi-chain blockchain development (Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Solana).
Databases: SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB).
DevOps & Infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Nginx, Redis, AWS, DigitalOcean, automation, and monitoring tools.
Frontend Understanding: Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and Blade templating.
Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows.
APIs: RESTful API design and integrations.
Performance Optimization: Load balancing, caching, and query optimization.
Security: Data encryption, server hardening, and access control implementation.
Process Management: Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and task tracking tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership or product management role.
Proven experience managing SaaS product architecture, DevOps operations, and development teams.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical teams.
