Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaboration.
  • Upselling Features: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project scope by suggesting additional features that align with client goals and secure approval for added value.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Saas
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in risk and resource management.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • A PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
