Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaboration.
- Upselling Features: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project scope by suggesting additional features that align with client goals and secure approval for added value.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Saas
