Business Development Executive (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

  • Malaysian native with fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Lead Communication: Engage and follow up with generated leads to understand their needs and potential.
    • Client Engagement: Engage clients to demonstrate the value of our products and services, addressing their concerns and highlighting benefits.
    • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by identifying opportunities and negotiating favorable terms.
    • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
    • Requirement Collection: Gather and document client requirements to ensure their needs are met accurately.
    • Business Requirement Analysis: Analyze basic business requirements to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives
