Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, user stories, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and operations teams.
  • Lead client communication, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare SRS, user flows, and other project documentation.
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Support UAT, validate outputs, and ensure quality before client delivery.
  • Align all analytical and documentation tasks with organizational and client goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • A client-first mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
